When I try to create a territory it doesn't work, what can I do?

If not all PIX are minted intended to be included in the Territory a button will be lit encouraging to mint the remaining ones. As the frontend, backend and the blockchain needs to synchronize it might take up to 24 hours before one can proceed to Create the territory after the last PIX has been minted.
